We empower communities through education, livelihood programs, and women-led initiatives. By forming self-help groups, supporting skill-building, and developing partnerships, we uplift marginalized groups, foster inclusive growth, and strengthen local resilience and well-being.

Alongside this, we manage, renovate, and modernize libraries to improve access to learning resources, promoting reading habits, conserving ancient languages, and nurturing lifelong learning.

To support the leadership team we have a 25 number high performing cross-cultural team consisting of full time employees, part time employees and volunteers, located in various parts of India and across the globe. Further to this we have a list of highly supportive and collaborative partners across India. Finally we have a huge number of our doners who have joined us in our journey and supported us always with what ever need we have.
